Over four months, Fears + Flaws is designed to help you explore leadership challenges in an intergenerational community and confront insecurities that keep you feeling limited, small or silenced.
Let's uproot rejection, comparison and imposter syndrome for good, so you can lead with confidence and clarity in this season!
After 40 years in ministry and business, I especially want to share my wisdom, perspective, lessons learned, even what NOT to do ... to help YOU navigate your journey as a leader, no matter the role or industry.
We have expanded this opportunity to include women of all ages for a more multigenerational experience. So, if you looking to connect more deeply with other leaders and flourish in the ways God has uniquely designed you ... then, this experience is for you!
Dates: 1st Thursday of every month: March - June 2024
Time: 7:30 - 9:00pm EST
Venue: On Zoom, in a private meeting!
Cohort will include: 4 live online mentoring sessions, with Apostle Kathy Bichsel; live Q&A, prayer and group ministry opportunities; a private Facebook community, curated for meaningful connection; and tailored downloadable resources. And, maybe some surprises!
